It's 2013!! I hope you all had as great a New Years Eve as I did. I had a friend over whose husband had to work New Years. We made Enchiladas, Rice, Beans, Salsa, and Raspberry Champagne Cupcakes!! The video above is just a little peek into how our night went. Unfortunately I rang in the New Year with a headache (due to not eating before drinking) and retired to bed shortly after. Today, New Years Day January 1, 2013 started.... well... late. I woke up late, took a shower late, and did pretty much nothing all day. It was so nice. I love days like these.
